Squid Game Season 3 Set to Premiere in June 2025 Alongside Exciting Netflix Releases

Netflix has revealed the launch date for the highly anticipated season 3 of Squid Game, along with a sneak peek at new images. The streaming service has premiered a live-action trailer packed with hints relating to major releases expected in 2025. This upcoming year will see the debut of new chapters, and in some cases final episodes, for many of its most beloved series, including Stranger Things, Wednesday, Cobra Kai, You, and, of course, Squid Game.

The Korean drama premiered its second season recently December and rapidly became the third most-watched show ever on the platform. To minimize the wait time for fans, Netflix opted to film the subsequent two seasons airing consecutively, which means the third season is nearly complete and ready for its audience.

Fans will need to wait five more months for the new season to drop, with Squid Game Season 3 is set to launch in June 27, 2025. Although a full trailer is not yet available, four images have been made public, skillfully avoiding major spoilers, particularly considering the significant cliffhanger that concluded the last season.

The video shared by Netflix today also featured the initial scenes from Wednesday's second season. Additionally, other notable releases set for this year include sequels and new entries to beloved franchises such as Happy Gilmore 2, Wake Up Dead Man (Knives Out 3), Emily in Paris, and the series Black Mirror, and The Witcher.
